Recognizes GPCDC's construction of 48 quality housing units and assistance to low-income families in becoming first-time homeowners.

Acknowledges GPCDC's educational and youth programs including tutoring, after-school enrichment, mentorship, scholarships, and college-readiness initiatives serving hundreds of students annually.

Commends the organization's economic empowerment efforts through business training, homebuyer education, job-readiness initiatives, and health and wellness programs including annual health fairs and food security partnerships.

Legislature recognizes Dr. Rev. Clifford E. Jones for exceptional service, commitment, and leadership in faith-based service and social justice across East Alabama and beyond.
