Acknowledges and commemorates the 250th birthdays of the United States Army (established June 14, 1775), Navy (October 13, 1775), and Marine Corps (November 10, 1775).

Expresses gratitude for the valor, service, and sacrifice of all who have served and continue to serve in these Armed Forces branches.

Encourages military installations, Department of Defense personnel, veterans, veteran service organizations, and all Alabamians to participate in commemorative activities including cake-cutting ceremonies on June 14, 2025 (Army), October 13, 2025 (Navy), and November 10, 2025 (Marine Corps).

Directs distribution of the resolution to the Adjutant General of Alabama, commanders of military installations across the state, and major veterans organizations.

Notes Alabama's significant military presence including Redstone Arsenal, Maxwell-Gunter Air Force Base, and Fort Novosel, and recognizes approximately 400,000 veterans and active-duty service members residing in the state.
