Commends Alice Pack, a nine-year-old musician from Hartford, Alabama, for her musical accomplishments and performance at Carnegie Hall.

Recognizes Alice's musical achievements, including winning the Sonatina Festival for three consecutive years and being named an Outstanding State Winner by the Alabama Music Teacher's Association in 2023.

Credits Alice's first-place finish in the Elementary Division of the Gulf Coast Steinway Society's Piano Competition in February, which earned her an invitation to perform at Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall in New York City on June 19, 2024.

Notes Alice began violin at age three and piano at age five under the instruction of Mr. Andy Martin of Dothan.
