Expresses full and unequivocal support from the Alabama Legislature for replacing the KC-135 Stratotanker with the KC-46A Pegasus aircraft for the 117th Air Refueling Wing at Sumpter Smith Joint National Guard Base in Birmingham.

Urges the United States Secretary of the Air Force, the National Guard Bureau, and all relevant federal entities to prioritize and approve the recapitalization effort.

Notes that the KC-46A Pegasus offers advanced capabilities including increased fuel capacity, improved communications, and enhanced interoperability to maintain operational readiness and national security.

Identifies the recapitalization as strengthening national security while sustaining and creating high-quality jobs in the Birmingham area.

Directs copies of the resolution be provided to Alabama's congressional delegation, the Secretary of the Air Force, the Chief of the National Guard Bureau, and the 117th Air Refueling Wing leadership.
