Commends Mary Louise Farrior White for a lifetime of achievements and service to others.

Recognizes the Willie & Betty Farrior Family Foundation, established in 2017 by White and her son Retired Colonel Cedrick A. Farrior to provide scholarships to graduating seniors in Talladega County and Talladega City School Systems.

Notes White's educational background including a Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education for the Handicapped from Talladega College and a Master Degree in Early Childhood Education, and her 32-year teaching career.

Recognizes White's post-retirement service including roles as President of the Westside Drewry Alumni Association, secretary of the Talladega Chapter of American Association of Retired Persons, and membership in various community and civic organizations.

Acknowledges White as mother of five children, grandmother of 16 children, and great-grandmother of 18 children who has dedicated herself to community service.
