Commemorates the 75th anniversary of the Sport Fish Restoration Program, which began with the Federal Aid in Sport Fish Restoration Act in 1950 and was expanded by the Wallop-Breaux amendment in 1984.

Recognizes the cooperative partnership among anglers, boaters, the sportfishing industry, state fish and wildlife agencies, and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service as the most successful model of fisheries management in the world.

Notes that manufacturer excise taxes on fishing equipment and excise taxes on motorboat and small engine fuels are distributed to states through the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service for conservation and management efforts.

Documents that combined contributions from Wildlife and Sport Fish Restoration Programs and license fees since 1939 exceed $78 billion, constituting the largest single conservation effort in American history.

Directs that official copies of the resolution be provided to the Alabama Department of Conservation & Natural Resources, Alabama Congressional offices, and media sources to publicize the contributions of anglers and the sportfishing industry to fisheries conservation.
