Honors Dr. Prudence LaBeach Pollard for her contributions to Oakwood University in Huntsville, Alabama, where she has served over 14 years as First Lady.

Recognizes her service as Vice President for Quality Assurance, Research and Faculty Development from 2011 to 2024 and as Founding Dean for the School of Graduate Studies.

Acknowledges her academic credentials including a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Oakwood University, Master's in Public Health from University of Michigan, and Ph.D. in Evaluation, Measurement, and Research Design from Western Michigan University.

Highlights her creation of the Oakwood University Leadership Academy (iLEAD) and Frontline Academy, and her leadership of HealthyCampus2020 initiative, which resulted in the Crystal Apple Award from Michelle Obama's Partnership for a Healthier America in 2018.

Commends her receipt of the President's Lifetime Achievement Award from former President Joseph R. Biden, Jr. on March 20, 2022.
