Recognizes the Uncommon Grit Foundation (UGF) and retired Navy SEAL Lieutenant Commander Richard Clifford for their dedication to United States Special Operations Forces.

Acknowledges the third annual Bay Frog Open One-Mile Swim being hosted by UGF on June 22, 2025, in Erie, Pennsylvania, featuring athletes accompanied by former Navy SEALs and Special Operations Veterans.

Notes that UGF was founded in spring 2020 with a mission to raise awareness and increase community support for military Veterans, first responders, and their families.

Highlights LCDR Clifford's service record: joined the military in 1986 (BUDS Class 142), completed 31 years of active duty including combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan, received a Bronze Star and two Combat Action Ribbons, and retired in 2017.

Dedicates the resolution to celebrate the Bay Frog Open fundraising efforts and commend both UGF and LCDR Clifford for bringing awareness of military Veteran causes to Alabama.
