Recognizes her vital contributions to national defense, security, and her lasting impact on colleagues and the defense community.

Commends her four decades of community service in Huntsville through involvement with the NAACP, The National Coalition of 100 Black Women, and Sigma Pi Phi Fraternity.

Acknowledges her philanthropic support for the Patricia Haley Charity, Compassion International, and the Manna House of Huntsville.

Directs presentation of a copy of the resolution to Mrs. Clark as recognition of her service and leadership benefiting Huntsville, Alabama, and the nation.
