Ignite's core capabilities include artificial intelligence and machine learning, Multi-Domain Operations Support, Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations, Digital Transformation and Cyber, and Space and Programmatic Support.

Reliant Technologies specializes in advanced digital system engineering and architecture, software development, and AI/ML solutions for defense and government agencies including the Missile Defense Agency, NASA, and the United States Army.

Joe Hatchet, former CEO of Reliant, will serve as an Advisory Board member for Ignite following the acquisition.
