• Acknowledges and commemorates the 250th anniversaries of the United States Army (established June 14, 1775), Navy (October 13, 1775), and Marine Corps (November 10, 1775).

• Expresses gratitude for the valor, service, and sacrifice of all who have served and continue to serve in these Armed Forces branches.

• Encourages military installations, Department of Defense personnel, veterans, veteran service organizations, and all Alabamians to participate in commemorative activities including cake-cutting ceremonies on June 14, 2025 (Army), October 13, 2025 (Navy), and November 10, 2025 (Marine Corps).

• Recognizes Alabama's approximately 400,000 veterans and thousands of active-duty service members, reservists, and veteran students, as well as the state's major military installations including Redstone Arsenal, Maxwell-Gunter Air Force Base, and Fort Novosel.

• Directs distribution of the resolution to the Adjutant General of Alabama, military installation commanders, and major veterans organizations to facilitate the celebration.
