Kourtni Jackson, a senior at Hale County High School, will graduate in May 2025 with both her high school diploma and an associate degree from Wallace Community College in Selma.

Jackson has been enrolled in dual enrollment classes since ninth grade and is the first student from Hale County High School to complete a full associate's degree by high school graduation.

She serves as Vice President of the Student Government Association and is a member of the National Honor Society, National Technical Honor Society, and HOSA; she also competed on the Track and Field Team and was selected as Homecoming Queen.

Jackson has volunteered extensively in her community as an Ambassador for Thomas Coles' Winter Coat Drive, DCH Health Services junior volunteer, American Red Cross Blood Drive volunteer, Veterans Association volunteer, and Sawyerville Day Camp Counselor.

The House of Representatives commends Jackson for her initiative and commitment to education, recognizes her outstanding academic achievements, and dedicates this resolution to her with admiration and best wishes for continued success.
