Commends Tobin "Toby" Roth on his installation as International President of Theta Chi Fraternity on August 5, 2024, during the 168th Anniversary Convention in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Recognizes Mr. Roth's service on Theta Chi's Grand Chapter since 2018 in key leadership roles including International Vice President, International Chaplain, and International Marshal.

Acknowledges his undergraduate leadership at the University of Alabama's Alpha Phi Chapter, including Vice President and Scholarship Chair positions, and his receipt of the Key Man Award at the 132nd Anniversary Convention in 1988.

Notes his 1990 honor as "Greek Man of the Year" by the Order of Omega as the outstanding senior fraternity man at the University of Alabama.
