Commends Karmen Luts from Scout Troop 10G on attaining the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest rank in Scouts BSA.

Karmen Luts organized a Catalyst STEM Camp for Girls as her Eagle Scout Project, featuring instruction from a Robotics Specialist, Ceramic Engineer, and members of the Society of Women Engineers at The University of Alabama in Huntsville.

Earned 28 merit badges including Citizenship in the Community, Citizenship in the Nation, Citizenship in Society, and Citizenship in the World, as well as the NOVA Award for excellence in STEM.

Joined Scouts BSA in 2019 and is recognized as a Founder of Troop 10G, demonstrating trustworthiness, self discipline, and good citizenship.

House of Representatives extends sincere congratulations and directs that a copy of the resolution be provided to Scout Karmen Luts.
