Commends Kendra Williams from Scout Troop 10G for attaining the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest rank in Scouts BSA.

Her Eagle Scout Project involved leading volunteers in landscaping and property management at Jasper Area Family Services' newly renovated Head Start building, formerly North Highlands School.

Kendra joined Troop 10G in 2019 and earned 24 Merit Badges including Citizenship in the Community, Nation, Society, and World, plus earned the Polar Bear Patch twice and the NOVA Award for STEM excellence.

Directs the House of Representatives to extend congratulations to Kendra Williams and express appreciation for her outstanding service to the community.

Requires a copy of the resolution be provided to Kendra Williams as recognition of her accomplishments and best wishes for future success.
