Commends Dr. Kevin McCreless for 33 years of service in pastoral ministry at Broadway Baptist Church in Rainsville, Alabama, upon his retirement.

Dr. McCreless served as pastor beginning in January 1992 after earning an undergraduate degree from Samford University, a Master of Divinity from Beeson Divinity School, and a Doctor of Ministry from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.

Recognized for leading the church through numerous building projects and outreach initiatives, with the new sanctuary built in 2002 formally renamed in his honor upon his retirement.

Led community outreach efforts in DeKalb County through ministries including Hope House, Celebrate Recovery, and Walk Through Bethleham to serve local residents.

House of Representatives dedicates this resolution to Dr. McCreless with gratitude, admiration, and best wishes for continued happiness and success.
