Commends Michael Scales for being named a Willie and Betty Farrior Family Foundation Honoree for his community service.

Honors the Willie and Betty Farrior Family Foundation, established in 2017 by Mary Louise Farrior-White and Retired Colonel Cedrick A. Farrior to recognize individuals who have contributed to their communities.

Recognizes Scales' service as an usher and committee member at Talladega First Methodist Church, event coordinator for the Whosoever Will Men's Bible Class annual cookout and car show, and volunteer at Talladega Health Care and Rehabilitation Select.

Acknowledges Scales' leadership roles including Board Vice Chairman of the State Board of Directors for ANSC, past Worshipful Master of Knoxville Lodge #650, and Chair of Trustees for College City Elks Lodge #1171.

Highlights Scales' teaching of Sunday School to 50 men in the Fresh Start Recovery Program, which prepares participants for re-entry into society and obtaining their GED.
