Commends Talladega County Commissioner Darryl Ingram for being named a Willie and Betty Farrior Family Foundation Honoree in recognition of his community contributions.

Notes that the foundation honors Willie Farrior, the first African American hired by the Alabama Institute for Deaf and Blind (AIDB) in 1973 and first Black Blind Worker of the Year, and was established by his daughter Mary Louise Farrior-White and grandson Retired Colonel Cedrick A. Farrior.

Recognizes Ingram's service as a bus driver for Talladega County School System and representative for District 1 since November 2021, including his retirement from Lockheed Martin.

Details Ingram's community involvement including board memberships with Dovetail Landing, Ironaton Fire Department, coaching with Munford Youth Activity Group, support for military veterans through Recovery Zone, and work with Lincoln and Munford Food Pantry.
