Recognizes Colvin's role as a plaintiff in Browder v. Gayle, the Supreme Court case that declared bus segregation laws unconstitutional, with her testimony at age 16 leading to the ruling upheld on December 20, 1956.

Documents Colvin's post-civil rights activism including founding the Claudette Colvin Foundation to inspire youth service in communities and her family's achievements through her descendants.
