Celebrates and honors the life of Cheryl Varnadoe Ramsey, who was born August 21, 1968, and dedicated herself to education, service, and mentorship in her community.

Recognizes her career as a Guidance Counselor at A.H. Parker High School, where she served students for over two decades after earning a Master's Degree in School Counseling from Alabama State University.

Acknowledges her service as Graduate Advisor for Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority chapters at University of Alabama at Birmingham and Miles College, earning the Graduate Adviser of the Year Award for the Southeastern Region for two consecutive years.

Notes her family relationships and her role as mentor known as "Auntie" to numerous student-athletes, providing guidance and support both on and off the field.

Directs that a copy of the resolution be presented to her family as a token of sympathy and gratitude for her life's work.
