Transfer $375,000,000 from the Educational Opportunities Reserve Fund to the RAISE (Renewing Alabama's Investment in Student Excellence) Fund during fiscal year ending September 30, 2025, contingent on enactment of House Bill 533 or Senate Bill 305 of the 2025 Regular Session.

Transfer up to $80,000,000 from the Educational Opportunities Reserve Fund to the CHOOSE (Creating Hope and Opportunity for Our Students' Education) Act Fund to support Education Savings Accounts for eligible students during the 2025-2026 academic year.

Any CHOOSE Act funds not obligated by October 1, 2025, shall revert to the Educational Opportunities Reserve Fund; any Education Savings Account funds unspent by the conclusion of the 2025-2026 academic year shall also revert to the reserve fund.

Act becomes effective immediately upon passage.
