Amends Section 13A-10-11 of the Alabama Code to expand the definition of impersonating a peace officer to include three specific activities.

Makes it a crime to falsely pretend to be a peace officer and act in that capacity.

Makes it a crime to be employed or appointed as a peace officer while knowing you are ineligible to serve or have had your certification revoked or suspended by the Alabama Peace Officers' Standards and Training Commission.

Makes it a crime to employ, appoint, or facilitate a person serving as a peace officer when knowing that person is prohibited from serving.

Impersonating a peace officer remains classified as a Class C felony, with the act becoming effective October 1, 2025.
