Amends Section 39-2-2 of the Alabama Code to add digital publication methods for public notice of public works contracts exceeding $100,000.

Allows public notice to be advertised on an Internet website, application, or other digital platform maintained by the Department of Finance for a minimum of three weeks (seven consecutive calendar days for municipalities).

Retains existing newspaper advertisement requirement (once per week for three consecutive weeks) as an alternative method for public notice.

Includes provisions for publication through procedures approved by the Association of County Engineers of Alabama and the Department of Examiners of Public Accounts.

Becomes effective October 1, 2025.
