Appropriates $450,000 from the Education Trust Fund to Southern Preparatory Academy in Camp Hill, Alabama for fiscal year ending September 30, 2026.

Requires Southern Preparatory Academy to submit an operations plan with goals and measurable performance indicators and an audited financial statement for fiscal year 2024 before funds are released.

Mandates quarterly reports to the Director of Finance comparing actual expenditures and accomplishments to planned expenditures and accomplishments.

Requires an end-of-year performance report for fiscal year 2026 detailing work accomplished, services provided, costs, and program effectiveness measures.

Becomes effective October 1, 2025.
