Amends Section 45-8-110 of the Code of Alabama 1975 to authorize the Calhoun County Commission to pay board of registrars members additional compensation of $15 per day for each day attending board business.

Allows the Calhoun County Commission to increase this additional compensation by resolution beyond the base $15 per day amount.

Specifies that compensation increases are paid as an expense allowance if prohibited by the Alabama Constitution of 1901 (as amended 2022) for incumbent office holders, with the allowance converting to regular compensation at the beginning of the next term of office.

Becomes effective October 1, 2025.
