Removes the Electronic Registration Information Center (ERIC) as a voter registration database that boards of registrars or the Secretary of State may use to identify voters whose addresses have changed, effective February 2025.

Requires the Secretary of State to conduct voter registration list maintenance through the Alabama Voter Integrity Database (AVID), which compares voter registration lists against driver license data, state-to-state voter data, Social Security Death Index, National Change of Address database, and Department of Homeland Security citizenship data.

Boards of registrars must send forwardable mail notices to voters identified as having moved within 90 days, allowing voters to correct address information or face potential removal from the voter roll after two general elections for federal office without updating their registration.

Requires the Secretary of State to collect and publish annual data by February 1 showing the number of voters removed from each county's registration list during the previous calendar year.

Act becomes effective immediately upon passage.
