Appropriates $169,633 from the State General Fund to the Coalition Against Domestic Violence for fiscal year ending September 30, 2026.

Requires submission of a fiscal year 2026 operations plan and audited financial statement for fiscal year 2024 to the Director of Finance before any funds are released.

Mandates quarterly reports to the Director of Finance detailing planned expenditures and accomplishments for fiscal year 2026.

Requires an end-of-year performance report for fiscal year 2026 documenting work accomplished, services provided, costs, and meaningful measures of program effectiveness.

Becomes effective October 1, 2025, with the Director of Finance forwarding all required reports to the Legislative Council.
