Appropriates $100,000 from Alabama State Board of Public Accountancy Fund to the Alabama State Board of Public Accountancy for fiscal year ending September 30, 2025.

Appropriates $12,789,146 from Court Automation Fund to the Unified Judicial System for fiscal year ending September 30, 2025.

Appropriates $7,656,820 from Advanced Technology and Data Exchange Fund to the Unified Judicial System for fiscal year ending September 30, 2025.

Amends Act 2024-355 to increase appropriations to the Alabama Department of Transportation for bond principal and interest payments on public highways and bridges from $113,253,921 to $126,253,921.

Becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor.
