Prohibits adult sex offenders from accepting or maintaining employment or volunteer positions as a first responder, including paramedics, firefighters, rescue squad members, emergency medical technicians, and similar emergency responders.

Prohibits juvenile sex offenders from accepting or maintaining employment or volunteer positions as a first responder during the time they are subject to sex offender registration requirements.

Defines "first responder" as individuals who respond to fire, medical, hazardous material, or other similar emergencies in the course of professional duties, whether compensated or not.

Establishes that violation of the first responder employment restrictions constitutes a Class C felony.

Takes effect on October 1, 2025.
