Amends Alabama Code Section 13A-7-4.3 to add operation of an unmanned aircraft system within 200 feet of a critical infrastructure facility as a crime of unauthorized entry.

Defines "unmanned aircraft system" as a powered aerial vehicle without human operator that uses aerodynamic forces for lift and may fly autonomously or be piloted remotely.

Establishes that unauthorized operation of a drone within vertical distance of 200 feet of critical infrastructure is a Class A misdemeanor.

Increases penalty to Class C felony if the unauthorized operation involves an unmanned aircraft system with attached weapon, firearm, explosive, destructive device, or ammunition.

Becomes effective October 1, 2025.
