• Renames the Alabama Film Office to the Alabama Entertainment Office

• Adds music albums as a qualified production type with minimum expenditures of $30,000 and maximum rebate cap of $200,000

• Increases annual incentive cap from $15,000,000 to $20,000,000 (through fiscal year 2025), then to $22,000,000 (fiscal year 2026 and thereafter)

• Reserves $2,000,000 annually for music album production incentives beginning fiscal year 2026, with unused funds available for other qualified productions

• Allows unspent incentives to carry over to the following fiscal year, with a maximum carryover limit of $3,000,000 per year

• Effective October 1, 2025
