Defines "spirit infused beverages" as ready-to-drink mixed liquor beverages containing no more than 7 percent alcohol by volume in single-serve containers of 16 ounces or 480 milliliters or less.

Establishes a "limited spirit expanded retail license" allowing existing beer and wine retailers to purchase and sell spirit infused beverages, with license fees of $150 annually for either on-premises and off-premises consumption or off-premises consumption only.

Requires spirit infused beverages to be advertised and displayed adjacent to beer or wine, with no requirement for separate entrances or storage areas.

Eliminates additional local licensing, administrative requirements, and background checks for spirit infused beverage sales beyond the state license fee.

Becomes effective October 1, 2025.
