Allows retired law enforcement officers and state policemen to return to work as school resource officers, correctional officers, or police officers at state colleges/universities while receiving full retirement benefits, capped at $52,000 annual compensation.

Permits retired correctional officers who retired under specific provisions to work as correctional officers with the Department of Corrections without suspension of retirement benefits, capped at $52,000 annually.

Authorizes retired firemedics with applicable Alabama Firefighters' Personnel Standards and State Board of Health certifications to return to work without suspending retirement allowance, limited to $52,000 per year commensurate with work performed.

Applies retroactively to January 1, 2023, with all three employment categories ending on December 31, 2030.

Becomes effective June 1, 2025.
