Amends Section 40-18-374 of the Code of Alabama 1975 regarding the Alabama Jobs Act to allow recapture of awarded incentives under additional circumstances.

Expands recapture provisions to include situations where an incentivized company is found guilty of human trafficking laws under Article 8 of Chapter 6 of Title 13A or federal child labor provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938.

Maintains existing recapture authority for cases where an approved company defaults on its obligations in the project agreement.

Preserves the Governor's authority to decrease amounts and durations of jobs act incentives to ensure anticipated state revenues exceed the amount of tax incentives sought.

Becomes effective on October 1, 2025, and passed the Senate on February 13, 2025 with a vote of 30-0.
