Amends Sections 12-10B-1 and 12-10B-3 of the Alabama Code to implement cost-of-living adjustments for judges and justices that were previously enacted.

Removes restrictions on district attorney salary increases by allowing adjustments based on completion of terms rather than limiting increases to only after initial term completion.

Newly appointed or elected district attorneys after October 1, 2021, shall receive an initial salary equivalent to an incoming circuit court judge as determined by the Alabama Administrative Office of Courts, replacing the fixed $140,000 amount.

District attorneys will receive 7.5 percent salary increases upon completion of their first, second, and third terms, plus any cost-of-living adjustments not already granted during previous terms.

Implements a proposed constitutional amendment allowing district attorney salaries to increase by cost-of-living adjustments effective October 1, 2021, once the amendment is ratified; becomes effective October 1, 2025.
