Adopts and incorporates the 2024 Cumulative Supplements to Volumes 3-16, 17-17B, and 19-22A, and 2025 Replacement Volumes 16A, 18, and 18A into the Code of Alabama 1975.

Adopts local law Volume 22N (Revised) covering Pickens through Russell Counties and 2024 Cumulative Supplements to local law volumes 22B through 22M.

Makes seven technical corrections to code sections to fix typographical errors, scrivener's errors, and incorrect cross-references, including changes to Sections 6-5-481, 11-66A-7, 16-24C-3, 26-10F-16, 28-3-281, 33-5-26.1, and deletion of Section 45-30-60.

Declares the adoption constitutes a continuous systematic codification of the entire Code of Alabama 1975 and confirms Thomson Reuters has discharged its duties as Code Publisher.

Becomes effective immediately and does not affect any 2025 session statutes; authenticated volumes shall be filed with the Secretary of State for official custody.
