Prohibits use of artificial noise amplification while picketing or protesting at or near any residence with intent to harass, intimidate, or disturb.

Prohibits picketing or protesting at or near any residence with intent to harass, intimidate, or disturb between 30 minutes after sunset and 30 minutes before sunrise.

Prohibits blocking public roads, residential ingress or egress, or employment facility ingress or egress while picketing or protesting.

Establishes Class C misdemeanor penalties for violations, with Class B misdemeanor penalties for second or subsequent violations; requires law enforcement to order violators to peaceably disperse before arrest.

Allows municipalities and counties to adopt more stringent local ordinances or resolutions regulating time and noise levels for residential area picketing or protesting; effective October 1, 2025.
