Amends Section 16-7A-5, Code of Alabama 1975, to add an exception to the Alabama Educational Television Foundation Authority's prohibition on propaganda and political activities.

Authorizes the authority to use funds for fundraising, soliciting donations, and securing additional funding for the organization, provided such activities comply with the Internal Revenue Code and applicable federal regulations.

Maintains the existing prohibition on the authority carrying on propaganda, attempting to influence legislation, or engaging in political campaigns.

Becomes effective October 1, 2025.
