Alters and extends the corporate limits of the City of Semmes in Mobile County by annexing nine designated areas (Annexes 1-9) with detailed legal descriptions based on recorded subdivisions and property records.

Annex 1 includes North Schillinger Industrial-Commercial Park and Seales Commercial Park areas; Annex 2 includes the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 2 with specified exclusions.

Annexes 3-7 include various residential and commercial subdivisions and properties including Family Dollar Subdivision, McCrary Road East Subdivision, Snow Road Village, Charmingdale West Subdivision, and Wellborn Woods Subdivision.

Annex 8 includes Lots 28-35 and part of Block 5 of Town of Semmes Farm Lots and Townsites west of the Illinois Central & Gulf Railroad.

Annex 9 includes all of Section 16, Township 3 South, Range 3 West, excluding rights-of-way for Moffett Road (U.S. Highway 98), Snow Road, and other specified roads; map is on file with the Mobile County Probate Judge and the act becomes effective October 1, 2025.
