Prohibits Alabama governmental bodies and entities from purchasing or using unmanned aircraft systems manufactured in a foreign adversary country as defined in 15 C.F.R. § 7.4.

Prohibits purchase or use of unmanned aircraft systems manufactured or sold by companies owned by, or that are subsidiaries, affiliates, or representatives of entities located in or subordinate to a foreign adversary.

Prohibits unmanned aircraft systems containing at least 50 percent of parts or components manufactured, supplied, owned, or controlled by entities located in or subordinate to a foreign adversary.

Prohibits unmanned aircraft systems that send information to a foreign adversary.
