Proposes a constitutional amendment to Section 51-5.00 of the Alabama Constitution of 2022 to change Montgomery County Board of Education member terms from four years to two years.

Requires a statewide election to be held in accordance with Sections 284, 284.01, and 285 of the Constitution of Alabama of 2022 and state election laws.

Election officials shall assign a ballot number and present voters with a description of the amendment and "Yes( ) No( )" voting options.

The amendment becomes effective upon approval by a majority of qualified electors voting in the election.

The Code Commissioner is authorized to make nonsubstantive revisions to formatting, citations, and language upon ratification of the amendment.
