Prohibits possession and sale of psychoactive cannabinoids (delta-8 THC, delta-9 THC, and delta-10 THC) except as permitted under Alabama's medical cannabis laws in Chapter 2A of Title 20.

Establishes unlawful possession of psychoactive cannabinoids in the second degree as a Class A misdemeanor for personal use only.

Establishes unlawful possession in the first degree as a Class C felony for possession other than personal use, and a Class D felony for repeat offenders with prior convictions.

Establishes unlawful sale of psychoactive cannabinoids as a Class D felony, covering production, manufacturing, selling, offering for sale, delivering, or importing into the state.

Becomes effective October 1, 2025.
