Amends Alabama Code sections 45-2-190 and 45-2-244.183 to establish and fund the Baldwin County Legislative Office Fund for operating the legislative delegation office.

Requires the Baldwin County Commission to appropriate $200,000 annually from privilege license tax revenue into the Legislative Office Fund for office expenses, equipment, personnel salaries, training, and official travel.

Sets limits on official travel expenses: $2,000 per House member and $7,500 per Senate member per fiscal year for travel outside their districts, subject to audit by the Department of Examiners of Public Accounts.

Establishes that any fund balance exceeding $300,000 at fiscal year-end shall distribute up to $100,000 annually to the Baldwin County Historic Development Commission for capital improvements and maintenance.

Becomes effective October 1, 2025.
