Creates the Alabama Teacher Paperwork Streamlining Act to reduce administrative burdens on teachers by consolidating documentation requirements across multiple programs including the Alabama Literacy Act, Alabama Numeracy Act, and other educational initiatives.

Requires the State Department of Education to develop a unified digital platform and data-sharing system by the 2026-2027 school year that allows teachers to enter information once and reuse it across multiple documentation platforms.

Establishes the Alabama Public Education Paperwork Reduction Committee consisting of at least 75 percent classroom teachers representing all grade levels and subject matters, plus one principal, curriculum director, special education coordinator, instructional coach, and interventionist.

Requires the committee to meet quarterly and submit reports with recommendations; prohibits the State Department of Education or State Board of Education from implementing new paperwork mandates without first receiving committee approval.

Makes the act effective June 1, 2025, and repeals the previous Section 16-6B-11 regarding the Paperwork Reduction Committee; requires the Legislature to allocate necessary funding for platform development, teacher training, and local board support.
