Amends Section 16-6I-2 of the Code of Alabama 1975 to revise definitions for the School Principal Leadership and Mentoring Act, which determines eligibility for annual stipends.

Expands the definition of "Assistant Principal" to include Career and Technical Education Building Administrators, Alternative School Administrators, or similar positions approved by the State Department of Education who work full-time at standalone facilities.

Expands the definition of "Principal" to include Career and Technical Education Building Administrators, Alternative School Administrators, or similar positions approved by the State Department of Education who are housed full-time at standalone facilities and oversee day-to-day operations.

Renumbers existing definition subsections (2) through (16) to become (3) through (17) to accommodate the new definitions and maintain proper sequencing.

Becomes effective June 1, 2025.
