Authorizes the Jackson County Sheriff to establish procedures for making purchases of tangible personal property or services using credit cards or debit cards issued to the sheriff's office.

Requires the sheriff to adopt written policies including monetary limits on individual purchases and total monthly spending, access controls, accurate record-keeping, monthly bill reviews, and timely full payment to avoid fees.

Directs the sheriff to select card providers considering annual fees, rewards or rebates, interest rates and late fees, termination penalties, and other relevant factors.

Requires any rewards or rebates earned from card use to be deposited into the sheriff's office discretionary account.

Clarifies that the act does not authorize the sheriff to exceed appropriated funds or establish county debt; becomes effective June 1, 2025.
