Sets the Jackson County Judge of Probate salary at $132,000 per year, payable in installments from the county general fund, effective October 1, 2025.

The $132,000 salary replaces all other compensation, expense allowances, and fees previously provided to the judge of probate.

Judge of Probate becomes eligible for uniform compensation increases, including cost-of-living adjustments, granted equally to all Jackson County employees after October 1, 2025.

Repeals Sections 45-36-83 and 45-36-83.01 of the Code of Alabama 1975, which previously governed Jackson County Judge of Probate compensation.
