Transfers all tax redemption duties from the Lee County Judge of Probate to the Lee County Revenue Commissioner under Alabama Code Sections 40-10-121, 40-10-122, 40-10-125 through 40-10-130, and 40-10-133.

Relieves the Judge of Probate of Lee County from performing tax redemption duties.

Authorizes the Lee County Revenue Commissioner to charge an administrative fee not to exceed $50 to process each tax redemption.

All administrative fees collected by the revenue commissioner shall be deposited into the Lee County general fund.

The act becomes effective immediately.
