Requires couples seeking to marry in Alabama to jointly complete a premarital conflict resolution class before the marriage can be recorded, effective January 1, 2026.

Mandates that the Administrative Office of Courts determine minimum requirements for acceptable premarital conflict resolution classes and develop a verification form to document class attendance.

Allows the Administrative Office of Courts to develop and publish a list of acceptable premarital conflict resolution classes for couples to choose from.

Requires the judge of probate to verify that both parties jointly attended a qualifying conflict resolution class before recording the marriage.

Becomes effective October 1, 2025, with the premarital class requirement taking effect January 1, 2026.
