Sets per annum compensation for Montgomery County Judge of Probate at $88,000 effective October 1, 1996, paid from Montgomery County Commission general fund.

Compensation increases annually by the same percentage as across-the-board increases for full-time county employees, capped at $3,000 maximum increase per fiscal year.

Montgomery County Judges of Probate with at least six full years of service receive total compensation equal to a circuit judge's salary with the same years of service, replacing all other compensation.

Becomes effective June 1, 2025.
